Louis Galasso III's Bio

Louis Galasso brings over 30 years of environmental/industrial business experience to Clearsite as a founder and former owner of the industry-leading Allstate Power Vac. Starting as an operator and mechanic of vacuum trucks on Long Island, NY, his entrepreneurial vision led him to developing one of the strongest industrial maintenance and environmental remediation businesses in the northeast. As owner/CEO of Allstate, he was responsible for the overall management, planning, profit and loss, and the vision for the growth of the company.
Lou’s industry experience and business acumen ultimately resulted in a revenue base greater than $75 Million annually. Always an industry leader, Lou was among the first business owners on the east coast to introduce Vacuum Excavation into his business, growing his fleet 1000% over four years and securing contracts with national contractors and utility owners in the Northeastern US.
Lou’s continuing belief in the growth potential of Vacuum Excavation has led him back to the environmental/industrial sector with the goal of providing customers with cost effective, safe, and versatile solutions for challenging excavations.
Steve D’Angelo's Bio

Steve D’Angelo brings over 30 years of excavation experience to Clearsite. Raised in a family foundation and excavation business in Philadelphia, Steve’s expertise encompasses all aspects of excavation, learned from the ground up. With industry roots as a laborer and equipment operator, Steve built his experience from foundations, underpinning, piles and caissons, to utility construction. He has been responsible for numerous high-profile excavation projects in the city, driving their completion and profitability.
Steve saw the future of excavation in the emerging vacuum excavation market in the early 2000’s, leaving his family business to introduce this relatively new technology to the Northeast United States. He developed a thriving market in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and ultimately expanded north into New England and South into VA.
A commitment to educating customers about the value of the technology steered him to work closely with engineering firms, showing them how to incorporate Vacuum Excavation into their projects. He has also worked closely with utility owners, contractors, and industrial facilities over the past 15 years, demonstrating the value and safety of Vacuum Excavation and has also been heavily involved in local, and national 811 programs.
Today, Steve is recognized not only as a pioneer of the industry, but one of its most trusted ambassadors. He is excited to bring his track record of experience, relationship building, and commitment to his customers to Clearsite..
