Cathi Bellamak comes to Universal Homes with a diverse history in Administration and Accounting. She has owned and operated a Jeep Dealership and Apartment Community. Cathi's lineage traces back to Italy and she enjoys traveling there once a year.

Alex Paris has worked in construction for over 20 years and has hands on experience performing installations of multiple different trades. His driving force is to help give each new home owner a house that they are proud to own. Alex and his family love the outdoors and go fishing/camping/hiking in Prescott as often as they can.

Austin Holloway has devoted the past 20 years of his career to building residential communities that the residents of Prescott Valley can call home. He has a degree in Construction Management. Austin truly enjoys the team work and camaraderie that comes from working together to build quality homes in the community. Austin and his wife have 4 boys that keep them busy, they all enjoy outdoor adventures together.

Bob Anderson has 25 years in the residential home building industry. He has been with Universal Homes for 11 of those years, dedicating his efforts to serving our home owners. He worked for the Del Webb Corporation before moving north to Prescott Valley. Bob is an avid off-roader in his free time.

Chris Lozano is the newest addition to the Universal Homes Customer Service team. He comes to us with a plethora of experience in construction and it's respective fields. He enjoys trim carpentry and watching that work add the final touches on new construction and remodeling projects. When Chris isn't working, you can catch him spending time with his family outdoors.

Debbie Parry has worked in the Construction industry and with Joseph Contadino for 23 years as a construction Superintendent. Debbie treats every house as if it's her own, ensuring the highest quality of service and materials goes into every home. Debbie really enjoys her family time on the weekends, especially with her grand children.

Georgia Coffelt really takes an interest in the customer, always wanting to treat each and every one the way she would want to be treated. Georgia worked with a subcontractor of Universal Homes for 7 years before she happily joined our team in 2017. Georgia has a passion for long arm quilting and has won awards for her beautiful stitch work.

Jason Wagner has been in the residential and commercial construction industry for the past 20 years. Prior to joining Universal Homes, he owned his own flooring installation business. From his experience as a business owner, he values integrity and offering the highest level of customer satisfaction. He enjoys spending time outdoors camping, hiking and mountain biking with his wife and 3 boys. 

Jennifer Johnson is the Executive Assistant to Joseph Contadino. Jennifer has an extensive background in Real Estate, Construction and Marketing  Administration. She thrives on knowing she is helping to support the Universal team through her efforts. She is a competitive powerlifter and part time photographer when she isn't jamming out emails at work.

Jose Tamayo has committed his career to Customer Service in the Construction field. He previously worked with Heritage Interiors, Universal Homes contractor, for 14 years before joining our team. Jose serves his community as a youth pastor. He and his family enjoy taking the kids on hiking adventures around Prescott Valley.
