Charles Townsend's Bio
Charles ?Chuck? Townsend is celebrating over 30 years of solid experience in apartment and retail property management. As Owner and President of Sheehan Property Management, he is responsible for overseeing all apartment communities, financial forecasting, IT, and creating an environment for exceptional, high-quality management services for owners and their residents. He is a graduate of Capital University, Columbus, Ohio, a Real Estate Principal Broker, and a Certified Public Accountant. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Apartment Association. He has served on the National Leased Housing Association and the Ball State University Residential Property Management Program boards and is a past Treasurer for the Rural Rental Housing Association of Indiana. Outside of Property Management, Chuck has served as the Treasurer of his church, President of the Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville, and officiates football in the NCAA. Chuck enjoys spending time with his wife, Sherri, 6 kids, 8 grandchildren.
J. Robert Curtis's Bio
Since joining Sheehan in 1985, Bob’s primary focus has been general construction. He has served in various roles for the company, including field observation, project superintendent and site supervision. As Vice President, he is responsible for construction site supervision, subcontractor relations and is a key figure in the strategic direction of the company. His in-depth knowledge of field activities and hands-on construction experience, help to keep the company leadership team informed of all subcontractor performance on the construction job site. Bob has served as Chairman of the Board of Contractors for the City of Indianapolis and is a licensed contractor in Indiana and Florida.
James J. Curtis Sr.'s Bio
Since 1957, Jim has been the champion of consistent growth and innovation with Sheehan. Under his leadership, what began as a small construction company grew and transformed into the diverse real estate organization that it is today. He graduated from Marmion Academy in Aurora, IL and then attended Loyola University New Orleans (LA). He served as a Commissioner on the Indianapolis Metropolitan Planning Commission from 1983 to 2011. He is a past officer of the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis and served on the Board of Directors for the Indianapolis Athletic Club and KeyCorp. In 1988, Jim received the prestigious Sagamore of the Wabash Award.
James J. Curtis, Jr.'s Bio
As President, Jimmy oversees all corporate operations and the strategic direction of the company including development, construction, financing, and property management. Armed with a degree in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, Jimmy began his professional career in 1982 as a Financial Analyst with Anacomp in Sarasota, FL. In 1985, he returned to Indianapolis, and spent five years working with local real estate developer, the Inland Group. Jimmy then joined Sheehan in 1990, where his strong financial background was immediately utilized. Under his leadership, Sheehan has developed several new partnerships and expanded into many diverse areas of real estate, including multifamily, condominium and single-family development, retail, commercial and office development, and hotel development. In addition to the new developments, Jimmy has been instrumental in growing the company’s general construction and property management divisions. He is a member of the World President’s Organization (WPO), a participant in Strategic Coach since 2010 and in 2004 was a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
Kelli Adams's Bio
Kelli’s expansive knowledge of Sheehan’s operations and the construction industry can be attributed to the time she has spent in many facets of the company, including construction administration, condominium home sales, and accounting. Her attention to detail and organizational skills have helped the company establish a consistent method of communication with subcontractors and customers. As Sheehan moved into the development and construction of condominiums, Kelli’s role shifted to sales and then to the accounting department. In her current role, she works closely with the President to assist with operations, development and design of all new and existing projects. Kelli graduated in 1995 from Indiana University (Bloomington) with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Arts and Sciences.
Larry Roland's Bio
Larry works with the most qualified subcontractors and suppliers in the industry to establish the best possible budgets for each entity. He has been in the construction business since 1977 and joined Sheehan in 1980 as a Project Superintendent. Today he is the administrator of all construction matters. He is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. In addition to budget forecasting, he handles quality control and monitors the work of all construction site personnel.

Angie Burns's Bio
Angie Burns has been the Property Manager in Logansport, IN since 1999 for River Bend and Cass Plaza Apartments with a total of 182 units in her portfolio. She has a strong background in Section 8 Project-Based Assistance and has been responsible for updating and implementing HUD updates into Sheehan’s Policies and Procedures. Her designations and certifications include Housing Specialist for HUD Programs, Public Housing Manager, Certified Occupancy Specialist, Certified Apartment Manager and Real Estate Broker. In December 2014, she was promoted as our Section 8 Regional Manager within Sheehan Property Management Company.
Firouzeh Dittmar's Bio
Firouzeh brings with her 20 years of experience in the property management industry. She began her career in the Phoenix, AZ market where she obtained experience in conventional housing, student housing, section 42 and senior housing assets. She oversaw multiple assets, with a portfolio totaling over 1200 units. She also served as a trainer and helped on-boarding new managers. Firouzeh joined Sheehan Property Management in 2015 and obtained her CAM designation in 2018 and was awarded the 2019 Grace McFadden Property Manager of the Year from the Indiana Apartment Association. Firouzeh is an effective communicator and excels in collections, sales and team building Portfolio – Southern Dunes, Murphy’s Landing, Timbers, River Stone, & Spruce Ridge.
Joseph Powell's Bio
Joe began his maintenance career with the Indianapolis Housing Agency 22 years ago and accepted his first Supervisor position in 2010 after a successful complete HVAC renovation. In 2015 Joe joined Lighthouse Property Management as their Regional Maintenance Supervisor. His portfolio consisted of 1,700 units over four properties where he led several teams through multi-million dollar exterior renovations and interior unit upgrades. In his first year as Maintenance Operations Coordinator for Sheehan, Joe has spearheaded maintenance operations initiatives including REAC preparation programs and strategic training partnerships. Joe’s personal interests include reading, fitness, and investment ventures.
Katrina Greene, CAM's Bio
After graduating from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Katrina moved to the Indianapolis area and began her career in Multi-Family in 2001. She has a diverse background within the housing industry including experience in commercial real estate, residential real estate, single-family home sales, self-storage management, home staging, and multi-family digital marketing. Katrina joined Sheehan in 2014 and was promoted to Senior Regional Property Manager in 2017, and Director in 2021. Katrina has been a guest speaker in courses at Ball State University's RPM Degree Program, is an NAA CALP instructor, and won the 2019 Donald J. Williams Volunteer of the Year Award from the Indiana Apartment Association.
Sara Hanlin's Bio
After graduating from Indiana University Bloomington, Sara immersed herself in property management starting in 2006. Sara has a diverse background that spans, leasing, sales, management, operations, and team development both in multifamily and corporate housing. Sara enjoys fast paced days, and developing exceptional customer centric teams. She believes joy and candor are keys to success! Sara’s personal interests include travel, and spending time with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs. Amanda Lumpkin's Bio
Amanda Lumpkin
Amanda joined Sheehan Construction as Assistant Controller in 2012. She is a graduate of Hamilton Southeastern High School and Ball State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 2005. Amanda has particular expertise in accounting for general contracting and construction and is instrumental in daily financial aspects of Sheehan Construction where she works closely with the Controller and is responsible for bank construction draws, accounts payable, payroll, and financial statements.
