It all began over sixteen years ago when our founder started in the flooring installation business — always finding ways to deliver a quality service by going above and beyond the clients’ expectations. By continuing to learn from his mistakes and successes, he began to realize what makes a great flooring installation company. Offering superior service, and quality craftsmanship became his mantra! 

Soon our clients started asking if we could help with other services, including the remodeling of their showers or changes to other areas of their homes. Our founder, Victor Romero, saw this as an opportunity to improve the homes and lives of others. So, he founded our sister company F1 Home Services to continually satisfy the needs of our valued clients.
