TB Thompson services the smaller project segment from $50,000 to $25,000,000; by giving our clients small company attention, while providing big company results. We pride ourselves on thinking outside of the box and finding innovative and creative ways to get things done. We strive to understand the project’s needs and our clients’ goals, and then consistently executing a plan through goal-oriented partnering with the entire team – Architects, Engineers, Consultants, Subcontractors, Suppliers and the Owner.

"25 years of Construction experiences have flown by. It seems like yesterday when I was studying Architecture aspiring to be an Architect; until it hit me – the building part looked even more exciting - and be a builder I became. No regrets. There have been plenty of lessons learned, hard work and successes along the way. I've worn about every hat possible - Project Engineer, Superintendent, Estimating, Project Manager, Business Development, Property Management, Property Development and Executive Leadership. It’s hard to say what role I've enjoyed the most along the way. There is certainly self gratitude of accomplishment in all of them. I have to say however, nothing beats being in the dirt - out in the field. In this business, who doesn't love the rumble of the yellow iron, cranes, lifts and lulls - saws and hammers. And being able to drive by a project and think, "I built that".  I've come full circle in my career now. 

After owning a successful Residential Building company, in which we designed and constructed over 150 homes, I'm back doing my own thing. My second act has benefited from the 17 years in-between; and all those hats I wore. Sifting through drawings in the field, the 3 million square feet of buildings I constructed as a project manager, and the 60 plus employees I led as an Executive and President.

TB THOMPSON, is a Construction Management Firm focusing on Servicing the Client's every need; within the "smaller project" segment. Over the years I have seen a strong need for an experienced and professional Contractor Owners can turn to that can handle both large and small projects for them. The ugly projects, the pretty and everything in between. We are there for our client’s, doing whatever they need to accomplish their business and construction goals. And when I mentioned "I'm back", it also meant I'm back to my roots. Back to wearing many hats. Giving our clients my personal and dedicated service - from start to finish. We are in a project niche that is in need of service. And I'm giving our clients that service, with my personal attention, my 25 years of experience...my dedication...my passion and by helping our clients THINK - PLAN - BUILD.”
