Our History

With an underlying mission to build a company around excellence in service and lasting relationships, rather than transactions and sheer volume, the team at Edge Development has spent nearly two decades delivering innovation and creative solutions based on logic, efficiencies and maximum returns. Our depth of knowledge and breadth of experience combined with a streamlined, disciplined approach to our projects separates Edge Development from other firms.

Since 2000, we have built a portfolio that encompasses a broad range of commercial, multi-family and residential properties, often in underserved markets. Projects across the Portland metro area include non-traditional mixed-use developments, ground-up commercial construction and residential infill that's added new single- and multi-family homes to existing neighborhoods.

The Portland Business Journal has recognized us multiple times as a leading developer in our market, and named Edge Development one of the region's fastest-growing private companies in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2018.
