Scope Of Work
This $8.3 million project, constructed on a 5 acre site , included 3 new buildings, including a 30,000 SF Headquarters facility. As a High Performance facility, the project was constructed to meet the requirements of LEED Gold...a first for HQ buildings for the Air National Guard. Integrating high-performance systems such as Energy Star equipment photo voltaic (PV) energy generation, the CESH increased value without changing the appropriated price.
