Scope Of Work
This was a full interior and partial exterior remodel. We relocated and changed the layout inside. New structural framing and wall framing. All new millwork, doors, paint, flooring, kitchen, conference room, training room, HVAC, electrical, Security and data, kitchen/break room, bathroom remodels. The exterior is brand new deck with stairwell, and exterior paint.
Challenges on this project was timeline. We have very limited time to complete this project to get the owners in before their lease ended at prior location.
The customer was extremely happy with us making the timeline despite several revision with the structural engineer and mininal change orders.
