Scope Of Work
The Stanford's are repeat clients of ours that we have completed several projects for over the last few years. The latest project (in 2018) being a complete overhaul of their first floor common areas, which included the following:
- Pre-construction services budgeting, planning, designing, procuring materials, and permitting.
- Demolition, water mitigation, rough framework, insulation, wall paneling, drywall, ceramic floor tile, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, mechanicals, custom wrought-iron work (for the staircase), tile backsplash, and paint.
- We overcame the failure of the existing engineered structural beams that were sagging and we seamlessly adapted the redesign that we developed and implemented for the project without hindering the work schedule drastically.
- Reinforced the structural beam by adding support to it and made the finished product more aesthetically pleasing.
- Our client's reaction was, Wow!
