David Frederick is a Tampa native with a deep respect and understanding of his community. He attended Tampa Catholic High School and is a graduate of Florida State University, but was from an even earlier age most interested in construction. His father’s background in civil engineering gave him a solid and lasting interest in building, from design, construction, to completion.
