David Frederick founded Building Solutions in 2003 to provide custom residential and commercial property construction services to the Tampa Bay area. The Building Solutions of Tampa concept was simple: to provide the most involved, high-quality, custom, and most aesthetically pleasing home and commercial contracting services possible. These services include custom home design and building, commercial construction, renovations, custom kitchens, custom bathrooms, as well as assistance in finishes.

David Frederick is a Tampa native with a deep respect and understanding of his community. He attended Tampa Catholic High School and is a graduate of Florida State University, but was from an even earlier age most interested in construction. His father’s background in civil engineering gave him a solid and lasting interest in building, from design, construction, to completion.
