Scope Of Work

The Cedar Creek project was a full renovation, transforming a sectioned off, cramped home into a unique, contemporary space while still preserving a bit of 70’s character. Originally built in 1977 with approx. 2600 sqft, the home is now over 2800 sqft and characterized by simple, clean lines and lofty ceilings. The utilization of open space allows for maximum functionality with extensive sight lines and one of a kind custom architectural features.
