Anchorage Building Corp.

Chris Senior, BA, MA, CGP, MCGP, CPHC, CPHB founded AnchorageBuilding Corp on the NC coast in Wilmington in 1993.  He is a Chapel Hill native and has had an interesting life.   His passive solar and alternative energy education began at Appalachian State in the early 70's.  He graduated from Appalachian State University (Boone NC - B.A- Anthropology/Archaeology- 1978) and from the Catholic University of America (Washington DC- M.A -Anthropology/Archaeology- 1982).  He lived in a monastery while there.  Switching gears he became an outstanding stockbroker in Anchorage AK after graduate school.

Now he is one of the most credentialed and seasoned green builders in the SE US, with latest education and focus centered upon the World's most cutting-edge über efficient construction approach: "PassiveHouse".
