Founded in 1999, Bucks County based LITTLE Builders Inc. has completed more than $100 million in commercial & residential construction projects in the Delaware Valley.

As a General Contractor, we have achieved success in varying types of new construction and renovation projects. Projects we have completed include schools, religious institutions, office buildings and expansions, retail and residential development.

In the field of Construction Management we have a perfect record for completing projects on time and on budget. Most often we take an active role at the time a design team is selected, working with owners and architects to produce reliable budgets and schedules, exceptionally clear plans and bid packages. We are committed to our reputation for the highest quality work and our creative approach to problem solving.

Little Builders has emerged through our countries recent bout with the worst global recession since WWII with a renewed, wiser philosophy and we are delighted to announce that we will be making several changes along with focusing on other markets.

Our new identity is LBI Construction, LLC. We have directed all of our energy towards the Light Commercial, Medical Office Buildings and Private Business Development. You will see us on some public work from time to time. Although, after years of working in the large Institutional Construction market, we have been able to build strong relationships with our clients in the private market which has provided more rewarding and beneficial projects.
