Founded in 1972 in St. Louis as Guarantee Interiors, we built our business primarily as a contractor for tenant and interior finishes.  Along the way our clients asked us to perform additional construction services, eventually serving as a general contractor on many projects.  Today we continue to self-perform drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry and other finishing services on a stand-alone basis, as well as on an increasing number of our general contracting projects.  This gives us significant price and scheduling advantages:
