Inmar, an information technology and services company, needed Tenant Improvement services for the opening of its new location at 7600 Rockville Road in Indianapolis. The project included 220,000 square feet of warehouse improvements and 7,500 square feet of office construction, including adding new office restrooms and a working office space with electrical and HVAC. Inmar leases the space from Exeter Property Group.
