Scope Of Work
This project included pre-cast slabs, bearing wall block, brick EIFs, and an on-site mobile crane. We handled pre-task planning for all construction trades as they mobilized onto the site. From there, we took part in weekly meetings to pinpoint upcoming tasks and identify hazards. Menotti also laid out the project’s safety requirements to ensure they were in accordance with the NYC Department of Building and OSHA.
As the project progressed, we took part in major hazardous tasks such as tower crane installation, crane lifting task planning, and fire safety-related work. OSHA training was also provided for a number of subcontractors outside of the job for an additional fee.
