Scope Of Work

This project involved a three-story addition to an existing 12-story building, including exterior and interior work. Similar to how we approached the previous projects, our team conducted pre-task planning for all workers as they moved onto the site. Menotti sat in on weekly construction meetings to identify upcoming tasks and potential hazards. On top of that, we laid out the project’s safety requirements, whether they be in accordance with OSHA or the NYC Department of Building.

The Menotti team took part in all major hazardous tasks, including tower crane installation, crane lifting task planning, and fire safety-related work. We even took it upon ourselves to provide OSHA training for various subcontractors outside of the job for a separate fee.
