Joe has been working in Custom Homes Construction for 25 years, 15 of which were spent owning and operating his own company. Joe has been working for RLW Homes since 2008. Originally from Vermont, Joe moved to Georgia when he was young and started working in construction at the age of 17. Joe enjoys staying active through running and arm wrestling.

Cindy grew up in the suburbs of Atlanta.  She holds her BA in Accounting degree from Georgia Southwestern University.  She also has a BA in Legal Studies and MSW degree from the University of Central Florida.  Cindy has gleaned a vast amount of managerial experience from such organizations as Walt Disney World and the State of Georgia.  She joined RLW Homes in 2014.  

Jiri grew up in Czech Republic, with extensive studies in computer science and technology. Jiri came to the US in 2000 in hopes for a brighter future. He started working on a framing crew, where he developed extensive hand on experience building custom homes. Facing design and construction document issues, Jiri developed systems and procedures utilizing 3D technology for the design and construction of custom homes. In 2009 Jiri and Lee started a design company pioneering the 3D visualization and building information modeling on the high end residential construction industry.

Michael James developed a love of carpentry early on in life and pursued this passion as an entrepreneur at the age of 22.  He developed his own carpentry business and expanded into home building and renovation over the past 20 years.  Michael and Lee are enthusiastic about partnering to bring luxury renovation to North Georgia.  Michael values high quality, skilled workmanship and customer satisfaction.  Originally from North Carolina, Michael enjoys living in the mountains of North Georgia.  In his free time, Michael loves spending time with his two beautiful children.  He also loves riding his bike and is working on a book depicting his journey on a bicycle across the U.S.

Rich has spent 45+ years in construction, marketing, and real estate. He graduated from Adelphi University with and MBA in Marketing and Production and also an MBA in Construction and Industrial Engineering. When he’s not busy working, Rich enjoys exercising and spending time with his family.
