Scope Of Work

We managed the building of the Mall of America's third floor kiosk in the food court.  It was a new build.  One of the unique challenges of this job was that there were some issues with the expansion joint that ran along the back of the house.  Mike was able to help problem solve the issues with the mall engineers.  They had been having issues with leakage in other restaurants that ran over the expansion joint.   This food court was an addition to the original mall structure and had to allow for contraction and expansion, but also had to be able to handle spills and liquids.  Mike's original solution is now going to be used in those other restaurants that run along that expansion joint.
