LED Indy

John Melind is a lifelong resident of Indianapolis, graduated from Wabash College and began his career in sales at Angie’s List. After rising through the ranks, he decided to dive into the LED Lighting world, and does everything at LED Indy from strategic planning and organizational structure, to product evaluation and research. He also helps manage our sales team, and works directly with a variety of the clients we serve.

Trace Clifford has many years of experience working in the investment industry, managing top tier accounts. He has decades of experience in sales, and is the glue that binds the LED team together. His leadership has produced substantial results in the growth of the company, and he absolutely loves to meet with new clients to help guide them through the upgrade process.

Joe Dayan joined LED Indy in 2017. Joe is a native of Indiana, graduating from Brebeuf High School, receiving his BA from DePauw University and his MBA from the University of Indianapolis.
Joe has worked as a top executive for three different Fortune 50 Companies as well as being a principal in three Indianapolis based startup businesses.
Joe has an extensive background in electrical component distribution, marketing, 3pl, low voltage lighting, structured cabling, activity-based planning, BOM, category management, fulfilment EDI, value added network FTZ, freight forwarding, life cycle cost, sales management and liquidation
His focus at LED Indy is on enterprise account sales, vendor relations, business development and marketing.
