Tull Contracting was responsible for all necessary management, supervision, labor, materials, machinery, tools, scaffolding, supplies, equipment, engineering, testing, transportation, and handling. All work was performed in a quality, thorough, workmanlike manner. Quality of work was equal to or greater than the quality of work that was existing prior to the property owners loss. All work was performed in strict conformance and compliance with all applicable local, state, federal and other government building and construction codes and other applicable ordinances, laws, statues, regulations, and government restrictions.
