Adam Flood's Bio
Adam Flood joined AnCor, Inc. as a Project Manager in 2007, and was promoted to Director of Operations in 2013. While working at AnCor, Adam has completed projects across the country ranging from ground up retail buildings to restaurant build outs. Mr. Flood has brought several projects from conception to completion completing conceptual budgeting, permitting, plan review and construction management.
As the Director of Operations, Mr. Flood serves on the AnCor Executive Management Team and is responsible for all project scheduling and coordination, office staff assignments; budgeting, client relations, and management and execution of the company construction delivery method.
Prior to joining AnCor Mr. Flood was employed at The Widewaters Group, King & King Architects, and Gray Management systems.
Mr. Flood holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Technology Management with a Minor In Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego along with an Associates degree in Applied Science from the School of Engineering from the State University of New York at Canton as well as a One Year Certificate in Electrical Construction & Maintenance From the State University of New York at Canton.
Adam resides with his family in Baldwinsville, NY.

Bob Picciott's Bio
Bob Picciott is currently the Director of Business Development and is a member of the AnCor Executive Management team. In this position, Mr. Picciott is responsible for all marketing and sales initiatives, as well as the overall business development strategy for the company.
Bob has been with AnCor since 1999, where he started as purchasing manager. In 2003, Bob was promoted to Director of Operations, where for 10 years he was responsible for the budgeting, scheduling and coordination of several hundred Design/Build projects for the company.
Prior to working at AnCor, Bob spent 17 years in the grocery business where he was a store manager for both P&C Foods and Harris Teeter.
Mr. Picciott is a 1987 graduate of Geneseo State University and holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Management Science with a Minor in Marketing.
David Stewart 's Bio
Mr. Stewart joined the AnCor Executive Management Team in 2006 as the General Counsel. In 2014 Mr. Stewart was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity he is responsible for the overall corporate strategy and process development, as well as corporate governance and compliance and general business matters. In addition, Mr. Stewart oversees all contract and insurance administration, health and safety protocols, and human resources. Prior to joining AnCor, David worked in private practice for Byrne, Costello, & Pickard, P.C. where his practice was primarily concentrated on construction, corporate, and real estate law.
Mr. Stewart is a graduate of Cortland State University (BA Political Science) and Syracuse University College of Law (Juris Doctor). He is duly licensed to practice law in the State of New York. He currently resides with his family in Baldwinsville, NY.
Joseph G. Anthony's Bio
Joseph G. Anthony is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AnCor, Inc. Mr. Anthony started the Company with his brother, Thomas J. Anthony, in 1985 and brings over 30 years of construction and design experience.
Together with his brother, they have grown AnCor from a local general contracting company, with Joe and Tom self-performing most of the work, to an international design/build firm. Mr. Anthony’s philosophy is to build honest lasting relationships with national firms by providing a rewarding work environment for AnCor personnel, and by never sacrificing quality or integrity. Joe has a great deal of pride in the fact that AnCor has worked with many of its clients for over 20 years, and has helped them achieve their business objectives. Prior to starting AnCor, Mr. Anthony studied chemical engineering at Syracuse University.
Joe holds commercial general contracting licenses throughout the United States and is a Co-Founder and a Principal of Interstate Properties, LLC, a real estate development and holding company. In addition, Joe is a duly licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New York.

Maria Valerino's Bio
Maria joined the AnCor team as the Chief Financial Officer in 2006. She has over 29 years of finance and accounting experience. Maria previously served as the Chief Financial Officer for Oberdorfer, LLC, and as a Senior Associate for Coopers and Lybrand.
Maria is a graduate of Binghamton University (BS Accounting) and is a Certified Public Account. She currently resides with her family in Liverpool, NY.
Thomas J. Anthony's Bio
Thomas J. Anthony is the Co-Founder and President of AnCor, Inc. Mr. Anthony started the Company with his brother, Joseph G. Anthony, in 1985 and has over 35 years of construction and design experience.
Under their leadership, AnCor has grown from a local general contracting company to an international design/build firm. Prior to starting AnCor, Thomas worked in the commercial construction business for the Hull Corporation, where he focused primarily on heavy highway construction. In 1982 he started his first construction company focusing on residential building and remodeling.
Thomas holds commercial general contracting licenses in many states throughout the US, and is also the Co-Founder and a Principal of Interstate Properties, LLC, a real estate development and holding company.
Thomas currently lives with his family in Fulton, New York.
