Scope Of Work
Scope of Work: Prep concrete via grinding and apply coating to floor in university laboratory.
Existing Conditions: Very old paint/epoxy. Numerous divots and cracks. Numerous 2" pipe holes that were collapsing under weight of student stools, causing safety risks.
Solutions: Repaired holes, cracks, divots using polyurethane repair material. Applied new high-solids epoxy system with two coats high-durability urethane colored to spec.
Project completed in less than one week.
