Demolition Man Contracting LLC. is entering into over 25 years of working in Maryland.  We are an industrial, commercial, residential, contracting, dismantling company that also deals in scrap metal processing, concrete recycling, fuel oil removal/disposal and wood disposal.  Our new environmental cleaning division has expanded the services that DMC can now offer.  We operate in the field mostly, with based office at 4213 Reisterstown Road.

Some team members began doing demolition in 1988 with different companies including Potts and Callahan.  Demolition Man Contracting formed in February 2012. Also has over 25 years of experience and leadership in the demolition field specializing in hand demolition.  In those years DMC has successfully completed many demolition projects requiring varying degrees of expertise.  Owner Wyatt Gray Jr., a principle of the company adding more special skills, has over 6 yrs. of valet/garage maintenance. Many of DMC subcontractors have been doing demolition for over 10 years.   Paula Richardson, COO offers her expertise’s with 5yrs of experience with Housing Authority of Baltimore City-Permits & Code Enforcement.  Permit expediting and inspection scheduling.
