Rolfe Kuchta founded Old World Finishing, Inc. – doing business as Old World Builders & Remodelers – in 1997. With over 30 years of experience in the Building New Custom Homes,and Remodeling field,

Rolfe got his start in the construction business when he was twelve years old at his father’s construction company, Hardy Kuchta Construction Contractors, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in the 1970s. Rolfe worked in the cabinet making shop of  Hardy’s constructioncompany. Rolfe’s skills grew with the business as he “learned by doing,” working custom homes even as a teen.

By the 1980s Rolfe was a finish carpenter then rough carpenter. Rolfe’s experience grew to include general contracting on jobs, involved in residential and commercial work on new home construction and remodeling.
