Scope Of Work
Goal – Complete the refresh of each store in one-week, executing work after hours to ensure the retail floor was cleaned and functional for open hours.
Scope of Work – Retrofit several aisles with new drywall, paint, installation of new fixtures and new graphics.
Results – Icon’s knowledge of working in an open store environment assisted them in successfully completing the locations within the three-month timeframe.
