Scope Of Work
Goal – Infiltrate Sally’s retail market quickly to comply with the three-day timeline and reduce downtime.
Scope of Work – Complete refresh including wall patch/paint refresh, ceiling tile replacement, and installation of wood flooring.
Results – Icon’s national presence, allowed for quick mobilization of crews and superintendents to audit multiple stores concurrently. The 100 store remodel program was successfully completed within the six week time.
