Scope Of Work
Bullseye Builders, Inc. worked together with ET Environmental on completing the new Waste Management Facility in Sun Valley, CA. This project came with a magnitude of challenges, in coordinating multiple compliance efforts with equipment vendors, other trades and environmental issues. Our team and trade partners remained vigilant in overcoming these challenges while maintaining the project budget and strict aggressive schedule.
This facility was built to help tackle the aggressive goal for California's initiative to 75% recycled organic waste. Bullseye had built all connected buildings with complete air, dust & smoke barriers with multiple layered membranes to prevent any penetrations from the warehouse to office buildings along with extreme fireproof safety rated glazing systems from the Office to warehouse walls.
