Scope Of Work
Aegis is a new construction 134 unit, mixed-use, two building development in downtown Vancouver. Aegis is part of an effort to redevelop the seven-acre historic Providence Academy site into a vibrant mixed use urban campus. Aegis was designed to infuse new life into the historic site while embracing the Academy building’s architecture, spirit, and history. Aegis has over 12,000 square feet of ground floor commercial retail and office space. The development’s amenities include a 4,000 sf rooftop terrace, 2,000 sf community lounge, 1,500 sf fitness center, indoor secure bike storage, and self-service bike repair shop and bike wash.
