Our Story

Futurian was founded in September of 2003 by Jeremy C. Beck. Jeremy grew up working in his family's business from a very early age and moved through multiple departments to learn the inner-workings of a very successful company his father Jerry D. Beck had started in 1978. Jeremy's father had aspirations for his son to one day become the C.E.O., and mentored him through most of Jeremy's career.

However, in 2000 the family business was sold to a multi-billion dollar European conglomerate. At that point Jeremy went on to achieve a degree in Decision Sciences, while obtaining his Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer Certification at twenty-three years young. He was quickly recruited by Citibank to support and protect the many critical systems that were the lifeblood of their enterprise. This included the systems within the executives homes in which Jeremy became responsible for implementing and maintaining.

?It was soon afterwards that Jeremy recognized a huge need for technical services within homes and small businesses that would help consumers with installing, programming, and maintaining the many different technologies available. At that point, Jeremy set out to form Futurian to provide the very expertise that so many were asking for. Jeremy's knowledge has grown with him working every position in the company, providing a rock solid foundation to what Futurian has become today.

Since Futurian's inception, major systems have been successfully commissioned within homes and businesses alike. Futurian's installs have been recognized on an international level by leading industry organizations such as the Consumer Electronics Association, Custom Electronics Design Installation Association, CEPro, Electronic House, and many more. Futurian continues to be led by its founder and maintains focus on the future, while keeping clients aware and better prepared for what is to come.
