Over the past 20 years, Perdomo has developed a business model focused on adding value through out its customers'decommissioning & demolition process. Whether the project entails full plant demolition, partial demolition, investment recovery, environmental operations or industrial dismantlement, high rise buildings, and excavation/site work, Perdomo is equipped to efficiently plan, manage and complete each project from inception to completion. Perdomo has completed over $1.3 billion in high profile demolition projects since inception.
Perdomo self performs majority of projects with extensive fleet of owned equipment and work force of 180+ skilled and experienced employees. With over 100 pieces of equipment, nothing is impossible at Perdomo.
Prior to any project, Perdomo will evaluate the recovery value of any possible salvage items in order to return the maximum value to its customers. When appropriate, Perdomo has established progressive payment schedules, developed revenue sharing agreements, and/or upfront lump?sum payments with customers.
Perdomo has expertise in working with the public in occupied, sensitive and secure locations. Perdomo has excellent reputation of being able to perform significant work under tight schedules.
Above all, SAFETY is Perdomo's top priority. Perdomo is insured and bonded with fully operational OSHA Safety and Drug/Alcohol monitoring program along with a mandated continuing education. With this priority in place, Perdomo has achieved a current and impressive EMR.
