Scope Of Work
The Fairfield Inn and Suites of Terrell Texas is located next Door to the New Baylor Scott and White Hospital Center development which also includes Buccee's, as well as numerous restaurants and future retail and office.
We received a call regarding taking on Construction Management role to assist the original General Contractor who had fallen over 6 months behind schedule and was making no progress. The project at the time of takeover only had some sitework and a foundation poured. The project required extensive rework of the site utilities which were installed at the wrong elevation and rework of much of the underground plumbing and electrical. We began this project full force in August 2017 and opened in April of 2018.
