I have been working with BLU and their staff just under two years. Great timely communication and always responsive for my needs when scheduling their services. Their quality of work and efficiency is top notch most of the time, when it is not, a quick phone call, email or text while I am reviewing job sites are promptly answered and I am assured it will be taken care of in the next 24 hours.
On a few occasions I have requested their opinion on flooring and if we had options to salvage and restore versus replacing. They are on-site asap, in touch on what we can do and it has saved me thousands multiple times.
Overall I could not be happier working with BLU across many fronts. Looking forward to their continued success and growing services to fit my needs.
