We had a great experience with Security First for the most part. They were able to get us an estimate quickly, they showed up on time within a day of the estimate and the install went great. Brian was lovely to work with, very friendly and funny. My only con would be, we were quoted one price for the install, when all was said and done, it ended up being double what we were quoted. Still, a very reasonable price and a easy to use system, we’re happy. Thanks for making the process easy!

I called on the recommendation of friends and had the installer out within a couple of days. Everyone was professional and friendly. Brian was the installer – he is a delightful young man. He went all through the system a couple times to ensure I knew how to use it under various circumstances. I highly recommend this company – it’s local, and I got more than I would have if I’d gone with a national company for less money. Very happy with my choice.

Security first was INCREDIBLY helpful and timely. I called about an old alarm system I had inherited with a home purchase that kept alarming. The manufacturer was unable to help me disarm without a security code. I called security first and spoke to Tammy. She let me text her pictures of what I was looking at and walked me through the process of disarming. This took some time and lots of explanations, and the fact she was willing to help me and treat me so courteously was so welcome. Would definitely recommend this company and will be using them when we install an updated system.
