Rob Neibel and his firm, JS Biondi are true professionals, the organization has integrity and leadership. My company has used them extensively for additions and changes to our building. If Rob feels we are better off going a different route for a small bit of work he will tell me. His work is excellent, on time, and reasonable. He has always conducted himself in the appropriate manner, I will count on him in the future. He has also handled permit issues and other issues with the city of Warren professionally and diplomatically. I would recommend JS Biondi to anyone, have before, and will in the future. 

I have used Rob Neibel and JS Biondi Construction many times over the years at my Ford Dealership, their commitment to detail, competitive cost structure, and being able to complete the job in the time frame promised has happened each time.
