Scope Of Work
16,000 SF full-gut of a mixed use commercial space across three floors and a basement. This work included full gut of office walls, ceilings, floors, heating systems, electrical systems, plumbing system. This project also included exterior work such as stripping siding, demolishing fire escape, full demolition of an addition as well as removing windows, etc.
