This Fortune 500 Company receives a new corporate “front door.”

One of the oldest continually operating companies in the U.S. today, Bausch+Lomb looked to SCOPE to provide architectural services for their new administration building. SCOPE worked closely with Bausch+Lomb and engineering consultants, Perigon to identify work-flow requirements to maximize efficiency and enhance productivity.

Addressing the visitor and employee experience, the new facility provides a clearly defined entry that leads into an inviting and functional workplace. Connected to the main plant via a two-story glass atrium, the three-level expansion provides offices, conference rooms and training facilities that embrace the success of this world-renowned eye care product company.

Set on naturally sloping terrain, the building is strategically designed to provide easy access to the main-level public entrance via a glass atrium. Additionally, a lower level parking area and entrance were created to provide a secure and separate entry for employees.

Since this expansion, SCOPE has designed multiple projects for Bausch+Lomb including:

• new production clean rooms
• office areas & training rooms
• sterile related amenities
• laboratories / micro-labs for product testing
• housing for tank expansions
• fill and packaging lines
•
