Scope Of Work

Project 26 Vandam Street Soho consisted of renovation, conversion and new construction of high-end residential units. Common areas, front façade, rear façade, backyard and the construction of new utility rooms were also part of this ground up renovation.
All converted and renovated units were subject to a complete demolition where all structural elements were exposed to be repaired and reinforced as well as modified in layout.
Some of the existing units were converted into one and into duplex as well. This applies to the three units located on the 5th floor, one on the 4th floor and the two rear ones on the 1st floor, which have a private backyard area access through the basement rooms.
Some of the finishes in all the units include, white oak hardwood floors, solid wood pocket doors, recessed lighting, LG & Bosch appliances, and Kohler fixtures, as well as exposed brick walls.
In common areas, white oak hardwood floor and porcelain tile were installed at hallways. At stairwells, marble treads and risers were installed. Floor elevation was modified entirely in basement to accommodate new unit construction and utility rooms.
