Scope Of Work
Located in Lakewood, Colorado, the newly renovated 7,200 SF facility provides a single point of service to those with long-term physical disabilities. These services include primary care providers, nutrition and mental health counseling, yoga, massage, chiropractic care and acupuncture. This project was the result of a collaboration among local construction companies who donated both labor and materials to complete this much needed facility.
The mission of the Chanda Plan Foundation is to improve the quality of life for persons with physical disabilities through direct services and access to integrative therapies.
