Scope Of Work
Scope of work on the S & S project included Project Management and Site Superintendent services provided by Pro Reno Group LLC. This included set up of temporary utilities, progress and final clean up.
Installation of interior partitions and lay in ceilings, various millwork services including bar, shelving, wainscot, paneling system, wood cloud ceiling, station mirrors.
Installation of barn doors, hardware, gall wall and door systems, all framing/doors, hardware, and island stations.
Finishes included floor finish and protection, granite countertops, paint, rubber base, specialty wood and wall tile for restrooms, bar and staging area of retail location.
Installation of stainless steel features, all store signage, restroom accessories (toilets/dispensers), ADA compliance.
Installation of Barber chairs, double side grooming island stations, power, master barber room, bar equipment, refrigeration.
Installation of all artwork, lounge furniture, signage
Plumbing included four compartment sinks, hand sink, restrooms, staging area sinks/facets, stylist sinks/faucets
Electrical included all lighting fixtures, control panels, data runs, switches, panels, breakers, complete electrical service system.
