PSR West Coast Builders, Inc. (“PSR”) was established in May of 2008 to provide general contracting services initially on the West Coast and expanding as far east as Texas in recent years. Its founders have been operating successful construction related businesses since the early 1990’s. PSR’s core business specializes in ground-up new construction and tenant improvement of commercial buildings generally ranging from 5,000 to 100,000 square feet. The Company has developed a niche in the construction and build-out of grocery and consumer goods stores, restaurants, and major renovation projects of both retail and commercial buildings. The Company is also available in many locations to provide owners, landlords and/or tenants building maintenance, repair and concrete floor polishing services. PSR and its affiliates hold active contractor licenses in general building, insulation and acoustical, electrical and concrete related trades.

PSR is a closely held corporation owned equally by three principals, Peter Schadek, Ronald Bossert and Steven Bossert.
