Scope Of Work
Windows
Clean all windows
Thoroughly clean all frames in and out
Entrances, Reception area, lobbies, Hallways and Offices and Conference Rooms.
1. Machine scrub all Floors
2. vacuum all carpeted areas, where applicable
3. dust down doors, walls and baseboards
4. vacuum and wipe down all built in cabinets, counters, and drawers.
Lunchroom
- 1. Clean all stainless steel and wipe down appliances.
- 2. Remove labels, tags, and protective coatings.
3. Wipe down all builtin counters, cabinets and damp wipe drawers
4.Machine scrub all floors.
Restrooms
1. Machine scrub all floors
2. Dust down walls, doors, frames,baseboards and moldings
3.clean and sanitize sinks, toilets and polish chrome fixtures.
4. dust down all partitions.
