Scope Of Work
FoxArneson was awarded this project through a competitive bid process as the Prime General Contractor on the project.
The WARF Building was constructed in 1969 and served several purposes over the years. It is now mostly occupied by the School of Medicine and Public Health’s Department of Biostatistics and Medical Informatics. Work includes demolition, renovation and reconfiguration to create consistently sized offices that can be allocated interchangeably among groups within the department and create a conference room, huddle rooms, kitchenette, and new restrooms.
