Scope Of Work
Australian company bringing a new cool concept to California. 6000sq.ft, two story of full make over. Butcher Shop Restaurant Tenant Improvement. Working w/ a well known architectural firm form Australia, we revised & generated plans sufficient for permitting (including all engineering deem necessary). After permit issuance, construction duration took only 2 solid months before occupancy was approved. Some unique features of construction included; subway tile walls, customs I-beam bottle shelves, LED lighting through out, custom metal shelving, precast concrete custom counter tops, reclaimed wood walls & features, custom reel features, polymer flooring resembling polished concrete, glass cool room butcher area, custom beer bar, restrooms upgrade, installation of a circular Australian grill w/ local approvals, knife display, etc. Alcohol licensing by HandMark Services. www.meatdistrictco.com
