Travis' work certainly speaks for itself but his customer service is just as wonderful. He responded to my inquiry quickly, came out to measure (also a quick process), accommodated an extra request after providing me the quote, measured a second time to be thorough (much appreciated), delivered the product quickly and both him and his assistant were very professional and tidy during the installation. They even did some minor repairs on a previous product I had ordered from him a few years prior. The quality of the product speaks for itself, too. The radiator covers that he made for us match our house perfectly and are absolutely beautiful. They provide us not only with protection for our children from burning themselves but a beautiful piece of furniture. I would custom order every piece of furniture I'll ever buy for the rest of my life through Travis if I could.
