Scope Of Work
Cleveland Construction, Inc. performed a complete interior and exterior renovation of this automotive dealership in Naples, Florida.
The project included renovations to the showroom, customer waiting lounge, sales offices, and conference rooms. The renovated dealership features modern decor and high-level finishes that closely follow Lincoln’s corporate prototype.
The project was in two phases. Phase one consisted of interior renovations of the existing car sales facility. These renovations included such interior finishes as granite tile, wood veneer, custom carpentry, new doors and frames, and acoustic ceiling tile the showroom, sales offices, and all common rooms. Phase two featured a complete exterior remodel, including the installation of a complete aluminum curtain wall system.
This extensive renovation was in 5 months on time and within the budget.
