Scope Of Work
One of the first LEED certified dealerships on Long Island. 2-story, energy efficient showroom with a superstructure comprised of structural steel, precast concrete plank floors and a 3-story reinforced cast-in-place concrete helical ramp. Several high-end, custom finishes throughout, including steel and glass feature stairs, sloped glass curtain wall, metal pan sloped ceilings and architectural exterior panel
wall systems.
