Scope Of Work
MSA worked with the owner, general contractor, and MEP engineer to meet the credit requirement to obtain LEED certification for commercial interiors.
For LEED certification the following were achieved:

- Water conservation measures were improved.

- Energy efficiency was enhanced.

- Sustainable materials and resources were used.

- Indoor environmental quality was improved.
This is the first single doctor orthodontics practice in the nation to receive a LEED certification!
