Our Story
Beginning in 1991 Tim Medema, our creative leader, began his career as an apprentice in the events industry. He quickly shot up the ranks and learned every aspect of fabrication through seasoned veterans. In 2008, with his wife Maria Medema, Abitzy was started and crafted masterpieces from very humble beginnings... their own garage. Through years of continued excellence, stellar customer service, and consistent quality of work, Abitzy has grown exponentially. We now utilizes a 25,000 sq. ft. shop in Wood Dale, IL, as well as additional separate warehouse space for storage, booth set-ups and viewings.
